Aspen Ranch Wedding Video in Edmond, OK –

Their rehearsal dinner was at VAST, and the wedding ceremony was at Aspen Ranch in Edmond.

When I found out about Emma and Rob’s wedding from Ariana with Aisle Be With You Weddings, I immediately jumped on the opportunity. Not only do I love working at Aspen Ranch, but if Aisle Be With You Events is going to be part of an event, I want to be part of it too. Then, I got to meet Emma. For a lack of better terms, she was the sweetest person. Not only did she completely trust my vision for the wedding video, she never questioned any of my suggestions. 

When I arrived at VAST for the rehearsal, it was pouring rain. I mean, I was hydroplaning as I was driving from Tulsa to OKC to get to the event. But Emma still had a smile on her face. The rain settled down, and we got into the evening with a candlelit dinner and speeches. I LOVE when a couple has toasts at the rehearsal dinner. It is just so intimate, and feels so meaningful. I spent time getting footage of the family, and closest friends, and then the speeches got under way. We popped out after the evening’s festivities (now that the rain had stopped), to get some footage of the two of them just outside of the building (you can see some of the shots in the film near the end).

On the wedding day at Aspen Ranch, I arrived as the girls were getting ready. As I figured, everyone was so chill, and welcoming. I have to shout out 3 different vendors for making my job so easy. First, Ariana, as I mentioned from Aisle Be With You Weddings (https://www.aislebewithyouweddings.com/). Brides RUN to her website and book her for your event if you still need a planner. She is so under control, and has everything running so smoothly every single time I work with her. She is worth her weight in gold. Secondly, I have to shout out Amanda Watson Photography (https://www.amandawatsonphoto.com). I have worked with her many times over the years, and she has been nothing but amazing to collaborate with. She is not only fun and relaxed, but creatively she just gets it. Lastly, I have to say how wonderful the team is over at Aspen Ranch (https://www.aspenranchok.com/). Tiffany, Karlee, and the entire team know how to take care of not only you, but the vendors. They make it SO EASY for me to do my job. The venue itself is gorgeous, built not only look beautiful, but to sound beautiful as well (the video guy appreciates that more than you know). They just care. You can tell, an that makes a huge difference on your wedding day.

Speaking of the wedding day, Emma and Rob’s wedding day was honestly almost too perfect. They held their ceremony just outside on the lawn overlooking the lake at Aspen Ranch. The reception was in the indoor event space. Let me tell you, Ariana with Aisle Be With You + Emma’s vision for the reception space was true magic. I can’t wait for you to see some of the lovely reception details in the film.

The day was perfect. Aspen Ranch was perfect. Emma and Rob were perfect. I am beyond excited to share their wedding video with the world. They have become friends over the past few months, and it is my biggest joy to serve them with this wedding video. Thank you to the entire team to make this day happen.
