Brittney and Mike’s outdoor wedding was at a private residence just outside of Dewey, OK. The grass was blowing in the wind gently, the tire swing swayed back and forth, and the chandelier hanging above the ceremony gently moved in the light breeze. The clouds rolled in and it looked as though this outdoor wedding may get some rain. As the guests arrived, they had umbrellas in their hands in case the Oklahoma weather decided to drop a little rain on this lovely couple. As the ceremony began, the weather cleared off just enough to keep this beautiful bride from getting soaked. The ceremony was beautiful, and their vows sealed their marriage to one another. After they were pronounced husband and wife, they did what almost every couple does, a big chest bump. “Team Dunn” as they were better known, spent the night dancing underneath mason jars lit with candles, the sound of rain drizzling down on the grass, all while being surrounded by their dearest friends and family. One of our favorite moments was one we captured as the newlyweds were watching the gentle rain come down, and Brittney put her head on her new husband’s shoulder. The night ended with their own private fireworks display lighting up the Oklahoma sky. A big congrats to Brittney and Mike! Here’s to a life of love and happiness!
