Nik + Scott’s country wedding was was one of our recent favorites. This country wedding was exactly that, country to the core! From the boots, to the line dancing, this couple had an amazing country wedding. Nik had bright red lipstick and shoes. We loved the first time she saw her dad, and when she gave him his gift. It is always hard to watch as a father sees his daughter on her wedding day and not shed a few tears. Such an amazing moment. Nik also got Scott a guitar and he had the chance to take a few pics with it before they walked down the aisle. This wedding was outdoors, and the leaves were all swaying in the breeze. A big red barn, hay bales, wooden pews, and cowboy boots were just part of the things you might see on this wedding day. As the ceremony began, the couple were beaming with excitement to say “I do.” After the ceremony, the sun began to set, and the reception was underway. The night was filled with dancing and good times. This country wedding film was so much fun for us to edit!

We loved the personality of Nik + Scott. One thing we are seeing more than ever at weddings is personality! The bride’s are getting on Pinterest, and really seeing some great ideas to use for their weddings. We always recommend incorporating your personality into your wedding day. This couple wanted a country wedding, and that is exactly what they had. Don’t be afraid to get bold with colors or favors.
