When we were contacted about filming Aubrie + Matt’s wedding, we were so honored! Aubrie is the younger sister of Erica Scott, one of our favorite wedding planners in town. We know that when Erica Weddings is involved, the wedding is going to be beautiful, and that was exactly how we would describe this wedding. Aubrie + Matt’s wedding video is one that we are truly proud to show you. Being a Tulsa Wedding Videographer, we were very pleased to be a part of this event.
Over the years (this is our 9th year doing weddings!), we have changed up our editing style quite a bit. Instead of just filming the wedding, we have really worked on creating a true piece of art. We strive to create something that is completely unique for the bride and groom. This wedding was so much fun for us to edit, as it is one of the first weddings we have completed using our newer style of editing. By bringing in more of the heart behind the day, we were able to capture emotion, and tell this story using the message conveyed during the ceremony. We loved the minister’s words to Aubrie + Matt, and based the entire video around his message.
One of the major changes for Redeemed Productions is the quality of the audio (vows, minister talking, etc.). We have learned that bad audio equals bad video. By completely changing the way we capture high quality audio, we are able to do a lot more with the final edits. One thing we always recommend, whether you are hiring us or not, is to listen to the wedding videographers quality of audio. If they aren’t letting you hear the audio, it is probably because it doesn’t sound all that great. We are continually reminding brides that you only get one chance to have your wedding filmed, and one chance to capture great audio. Being a live event, you can’t go back and get more footage, or better audio. You get 1 chance to do it right! Please, please, take the time to listen to the audio when making a decision about hiring.
Aubrie + Matt’s wedding ceremony was held at the First United Methodist Church, and the reception was at the Living Arts Building, both in Downtown Tulsa.
